The purpose of this letter is to extend my gratitude to your company for the excellent customer service provided. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 3 years now and I can say without equivocation that the customer service rendered by T-Mobile is the industry standard.

If I ever have an issue, as issues do creep up, it is always resolved in a professional and cheerful manner. The associates sound happy to speak to me and are sincerely concerned and engaged. Before I was a valued T-Mobile customer I received cell phone service through AT&T and Verizon. Those companies do not hold a candle to T-Mobile. Even though the area I live in gets better reception through the aforementioned companies, I continue to be a T-Mobile customer based solely on the premise of the superior customer service.
